Bearing Operating Temperature

  Temperature is one of the most critical and most underestimated factors in bearing selection. Engineers often focus on load ratings, bore size, and speed, only to discover that a bearing fails prematurely because it simply ran too hot.   So, what temperature can deep groove ball bearings actually handle?   The honest answer is: it depends.
